I'm getting pretty fucking tired of the generic medieval inspired fantasy settings in most anime/manga. Been trying to search with google and Bakaupdates/mal but it's pretty hard to find actual good stuff when yaoi and other crap are always the highest ranked.

Feel free to recommend me books/rpgs or whatever too, if there's not much stuff.
