My sister reset this piece of shit router
It is provided by our ISP and its default login password is whatever the fuck they sit it to, not just "password".
I called my ISP and asked if they could remotely change the login password, and they cannot.
The wifi password AND the login password were scratched off the side of the router over the years.
How fucked am I?

never once saved it or took a picture?

Yes.
Saved the pic to an external drive, which is now dead.
Ever tried login "admin", password "admin" (or blank)? It's like the most frequent default pass.

Answered it. Learn to read
>What are the default user name and password for my Verizon MI424WR router? The default user name for the Verizon MI424WR router is "admin," and the default password is "password" (do not include the quotation marks).
Note: To improve security, your router password may have been changed to the serial number of your router if you have not changed the password from the default of "password." You can find your router's password on the label affixed to the bottom or back of your router.
If you reset your router to the factory default settings, the router password will return to "password."

I just 30-30-30'd it for the 90th time and the password is still not "password"
but okay

serial number also does not work
just take it back to your isp and exchange it.

then you need to replace it.
why not just buy a less shitty router?
