Requesting a video I'd seen as a webm. There may be a YouTube of it but I couldn't find it.
It's an anime con dance circle thing. Starts out with a girl and maybe one dude. A skinny guy who iirc is shirtless comes up and starts "dancing" on her, undulating in wave-like motions. Other Serbs enter the frame and begin to hump-dance. It was hilarious cringe.
