I done goofed and got put on a list where I will be receiving no financial aid until further action is taken. I was taking a class during the summer semester and did not complete it. I was told by some workers at the office of the registrar that I would be fine, and would not receive any other penalties but I was misinformed. In order to get out of this predicament, I have to either make one hell of a convincing argument or show proof of extenuating circumstances (like an illness, death in the family, etc.). What should I do? Should I find something to blame it on or have someone give me something? Or should I try my best to convince them? I need this aid, otherwise I can't continue my education without taking substantial loans (which I'm not sure I can even get) and going into debt.

Do you have depression or anxiety that you're being treated for?
