Anime with "routes" are normally horribly butchered down versions of VNs. Yogusa no Sora is an example.

I can't ethically recommend you more anime like that, but I can recommend you start reading VNs. Pic related.

Much better than the anime. You would be hard pressed to find anyone that prefers the anime to the VN.

Same with Grisaia no Kajitsu. It has a mediocre anime with 'routes' but the VN is literally 10x better.
