I posted this image second since I think it'll take a higher level of skill.. I'd like someone to please get rid of the Korean text at his feet without having to cut his feet off entirely, if possible. And again crop him out entirely and make the image transparent.
I'm a big fan of him and it'd mean a lot. Sorry, I should have taken the photoshop class at school.

If you actually want to learn, it's not hard. Gimp is free and there are guides on Youtube. Search for gimp anime render guides.

Removing text isn't necessarily harder, but it can be time consuming. You mostly just use the clone tool though.
I copied the zig-zag pattern from the left to the right and resized/rotated it.
I'll try to clean up the black on the first one too, didn't notice it until I started the second.

That's a little better. If you want to clean up the dark spots more grab Gimp and go to it.
