Not everything gets dubbed, and this is opinion of course, but most dubs are not very good.

This. Not all anime gets dubbed and most of the time you shouldn't watch it dubbed anyway, with a few select exceptions (Cowboy Bebop and Space Dandy come to mind)

Probably because either no dub exists or nobody bothers to seed a dub torrent because it's fucking trash. Get used to subtitles if you're going to be watching anime, you won't get far if you cling to dubs.
