I need some help. My new galaxy s7 edge on sprint is stuck in a boot loop where each time it boots up it goes through the preparing for first use screen. When it finishes it shows the "hands free activation" screen and fails five times. It then tells me the device is activated and proceeds to repeat the steps.

The only search result I found is a few years old on an older model and it said he needed a new phone. Is this fixable or will I have to replace it.

Just get the original firmware for sprints s7 edge and flash it. Be sure to have samsung drivers installed before flashing.
