I fucked up my pc. I went into regedit and deleted iexplorer and explorer cause I searched something about explorer getting permanently deleted and there was an answer to a question and I did the steps, but instead of restarting, I shutdowned it. Luckily, I did a CCLeaner registry save before this. Is there any way to fix my pc?

Have you tried using a restore point? If that doesn't work try some recovery discs, if that doesn't do it then just reinstall the OS. Then again, I'm dumb so you can wait for other competent answers.
