I can't fucking believe how hard this is to do.
When I put my PC on my TV or in another monitor there is a small part of the screen that is cropped out, and can't be fixed by changing the resolution.
Now where the fuck is the fucking slider to manually readjust the thing? I AM sure that that is a thing and I can't find a fucking video or article that mentions it. I did the other day so I know it is a thing, and it's fucking anoying how anti-intuitive this is.
I'm on Windows 10. Sorry for the rant.
Also, is this a good gaming monitor? https://www.amazon.com/Acer-R240HY-bidx-23-8-Inch-Widescreen/dp/B0148NNKTC/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1470962487&sr=1-2&keywords=monitor
I'm looking for one that is like 24 inches with HDMI ports, for 100 bucks aprox. Am I being too hopeful? That option seems kinda nice though.

Aren't you supposed to do it from your TV settings?

I'm pretty sure I did it on the computer itself when I adjusted it last time.
Anyway, I checked the TV and no dice.

Different anon here;
I am fairly certain this is a TV cropping thing
there is no way to change screen size on a computer..
