Is there a way to fix this without asking him for his password? I have a strong feeling he's trying to go through my personal files or lock me out of the laptop and I'd prefer to not let him on to me knowing.

I don't know what you're trying to do, but I assume that you have some gore or loli shit that you need to delete before it's found. Just boot from a Linux disc to erase them.
If you deleted something then run a data recovery program from a different computer.
