It's on a river near Lillis park

I can't narrow it down much, but I believe it's under a bridge and near either Lillis park or millice park.

I'm it from Billings so I have no idea about the area, but there is a Lewis Street and Clark Street. And it's close to those roads, so use them as a buffer, if you cross one you probably went too far.

Can't help much more, sorry I'm not good at these scavenger hunt things when I don't know the area.

My only other idea would be near a cemetery, because 1882 is either a historical building or a grave Marker with the name Frederick.

Billings was named after Fredrick billings in 1882, we check all bridges along the river. Either someone found it or we are missing a small detail, I'll try to update on clues

i need details, ive searched every nook and cranny in both parks. there was almost 30 people there on saturday and no one has found it. everyone has been searching the parks but we need to narrow it down, maybe we missed a step, maybe its in a different park? i dont know. on monday morning they are going to release another clue and i think this clue will almost give it away. as soon as i hear someone found it will post a update and take down this post soon after. im always checking facebook and 4chan.
