what do you mean by "explicit content"? because of privacy laws, not much content from mental hospitals exists.

those aren't fake i went to a regular hospital last year and there were a couple of crazy persons at midnight who kept screaming non sense and they had to be tied to the bed but i doubt there's any footage for something like that.
