Look more like fungal infection to me. Slippers were probably cheap from China and unsanitary. Throw them out and just keep your feet clean. If they don't go away in a week or two, go to doc.

Get it checked out by the doctor. A lot of skin conditions can be controlled yourself,but on the off chance it's lice/scabies or some type of mite get to the doctor. Its a hellish nightmare to catch or have a skin condition. Please get it checked out for yourself and the people around you
