In case that wasn't a joke, Ore Monogatari!! has nothing to do with Nisio's novel series. It's a shoujo manga about a gentle giant named Takeo, his best friend Suna, and Takeo's girlfriend. No harem, no supernatural elements, just pure lovey-dovey sweetness with only a little drama. And it's great.
