I am a newfag to making requests, and building computers. We all gotta start somewhere I guess.

I want a water cooling system to replace my currently broken one. This is a custom built computer, but it was built by someone else and I have little knowledge of how building computers work. My computer's current idle temp is 70°c, or 176°f. My only thought is that the water cooler is not working as intended, therefore I'd like to replace it. If this is not the case, please let me know what it is. I am unable to find a water cooler online, no matter how much I search for it. That is what I'd like is just help on finding a correct water cooling system.
It is an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

Watercooling with computers can get pretty complicated.

It all depends on whether the water-cooling is custom or a pre-made loop.

If your card is like the pic, re-applying the thermal paste and cleaning dust out of the rad is about all you can do short of just replacing it with aftermarket cooler like an Arctic Accelero model.

If its a custom loop (so it has a separate pump, reservoir, radiator, its not all one unit) then it gets a lot more complicated.

Thats pretty vague, could mean a lot of cards. If it has water-cooling I assume its at least a 290/X or a Fury card, to my knowledge those were the only ones that came with pre-done water-cooling as well.

Install a program called GPU-Z and report back with what that says.
