Recommend me a short anime series that is around 20 episodes

Not him, but does the movie add any extra scenes? Or do you just recommend it since it gets rid of all the stuff in between episodes and provides a nice complete and uninterrupted experience. Or maybe a little bit of both?

Yes it adds scenes.
It also removes the sunrise logo in the corner.
It doesn't remove any scenes though if that's what your second part was asking about.

By getting rid of the stuff in between, I mean like getting rid of the previews and credits and such.

Sounds good though, I'll give it a watch. The TV episodes were nice, but watching it all put together seems like it'd be a much better experience.
