The One Punch Man dub isn't fully out yet. It comes out weekly on Toonami or something like that, so you'll have to wait a few months for the whole thing. Or maybe less, I don't know the details.

Use Nyaa for anime torrents. It's a lot better than KAT or TPB, since it's solely dedicated to anime stuff.

There's also BakaBT, which usually has good seeds for stuff, but it doesn't allow a lot of licensed anime, so be aware of that.

You can also use Kissanime.to to watch it online if you want.
