Please help me lads, I'm at my wits end here.
My internet functions otherwise fine at all times, with no hickups.
When I start a game, any game, it stops. Before it would disconnect entirely (my laptop from the wireless network) but since I unchecked ipv6 it doesn't. However, it still slows to a few bytes/s effectively meaning its gone and nothing will load.
Please help me.
What I've done so far:
>change various settings on the adapter following similar threads on google
>update any relevant drivers
>try on different networks (same thing happens)
>try on faster networks/much greater bandwidth (same thing happens)
>use TCP Optimizer from speedguide.net
It definitely seems like its my laptop/adapter causing it.
My network adapter:
>Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260
My system:
>i7 4860HQ @ 2.4ghz
>16gb RAM
>GTX870m
>Win10
Thank you for taking the time to read and I'd really appreciate some help here.
Does it cut out or slow down. Two different things.

I only got five minutes then I'm gone for about two hours.
Are all games on same platform? I.e. steam? If so its the one application causing the issue.
