I have big problem here, So in 2012 a chinese men has used my email to create an account on Paypal. He was unable to activate it. Now I want to create an Account and Paypal system tell me that I already have an account, I went to "Forgot Password" but it says that they have a issue with my email. I can't recover my password.

I can't contact Paypal because Phone doesn't work and to send them an email you need an account..

What the fuck am i supposed to do?

you can add "+PayPal" in between the first part of your email and the @ symbol

Create another email or an alias email in your current one.
Activate it.
Link your main email, contact paypal if it doesn't work.
When it's linked, set it as the main account.
