Anyone knows where I can find manuals or something that would describe how the soldier should act on day to day basis?

Like how they fold their socks? How they do bed? How they organize and do stuff in general?

For the most part of that kind of stuff is only taught in BCT - for the most part - falls on wayside. There is no manual for it.
