Are there any type of round based multiplayer games with say

Are there any type of round based multiplayer games with say 10min between rounds? Enough time to get up and go do something and then come back (rounds in Counter-Strike for example are too short and unpredictable in duration). Something with a reliable schedule, not like your opponent can move any time in 24hrs and you never know when it's going to be your turn.

I know there's a bunch of browser-based mmo strategy games that do this but they're all pay-to-win trash.

Just as an example, I guess the sort of thing I have in mind would be like Heroes of Might and Magic with a fixed turn time.
But really I'm just looking for something that meets the time requirements. Even if all players move at the same time every round, or if it's an FPS game or an RTS game, whatever. Just needs to be round based with a predictable schedule and enough time between rounds to get up and do some things.
