In what context? alt + left click usually does the trick.

I mean like saving pictures instantly, like on 4chan for example. Alt+Left click ain't doing shit for some reason. I thought it was that though.

How long ago was it that you used this command? Maybe you used a quick save plugin/add-on that uses that command.
