I watched it a some time ago. I think it was probably a VN adaptation. What I remember is that during the opening or ending song there's a part where there's a strong wind blowing and lifting up the skirts of the female characters, showing their panties.
Any ideas?

At first I thought it was either Myself;Yourself or Yosuga No Sora but the videos that I found on youtube do not have the upskirt scene.
I guess the art style is similar to those two. I think there're 4-5 female characters and I male MC with maybe another extra male.
During the upskirt scene the females are standing in line facing the wind.
