No. This board moves fairly slowly, so bumping it back to the top after 20-ish minutes is considered a faux pas. Unless you have something relevant to add, wait several hours before bumping again.

As for finding the rekt threads, you can click the Catalog link on the board and Ctrl+F "rekt" to see if there's one up. /gif/ will also have some occasionally.

It's not as easy as that. For the most part you browse boards about topics that interest you. Certain boards have reputations for things but in most cases you should just choose whatever catches your eye.

If you're looking for gore or rekt threads, I would recommend /wsg/ (work safe gif, no tits or gore) or /gif/ (mostly porn, occasional rekt threads)

Also, seeing as you're new, here are some basic pointers.

That's why you use the Catalog link at the top or bottom of each board page. It shows the first post of every current thread on every page of the board.
