Recently tried to emulate Rune Factory but there was some strange static in the background and I couldn't get rid of it no matter what I changed, so I upgraded to the latest version of Dolphin and now there's weird textures whenever there's dialogue. Nobody else I've found has posted about this problem online and I'd appreciate some help with this, kinda frustrating to play with
What are the specs for your comp?
Do you have the graphics down or any textures off?

Not too tech savy but hopefully these are all the specs I need to show

Are you trying to play this on a laptop? What is the best game you can run on it?
If you are, here is a link to someone going through and changing the graphics settings, see if any of this helps.

Yeah I've had the laptop for a few years now but it's lasted me well, I can play most ps2 games at x2 native and all the Gamecube/Wii games I've played so far at x2 native and above. Games like Metroid Prime, SSBM, Fire Emblem radiant dawn, Klonoa and Windwaker
As for the video it seems that my settings were near identical, but I've changed what I could for some small fps improvement when I run at x3 native so thanks for that
