Cromartie High is pretty great. It's a strange fucking style of humor though, and pretty Japanese-centric. It's good though, check it out.

Hoozuki no Reitetsu and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun are probably my two favorite.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is fantastic but there's a lot of references to Japanese culture so you probably won't like it unless you're familiar with it.
