What are some good lesson/tutorial series on Premiere Pro out there?

I don't get why people feel like they need a tutorial simply for using a software.
It's designed to just werk. Here's my advice:

1. Do the thing you want to do
2. If you get stuck, google the problem
3. Repeat step 1

This is how you end up spending ten hours doing something the package could have done for you in thirty seconds, if only you'd known it could.

Also, it's by Adobe. It most certainly is not designed to just werk.
