My motherboard is a MSI-76OGM-FX

Well, what I know is that your case CyberPowerPC CS-450-102 Black/Red ATX Mid Tower X-Nova Mid-Tower Gaming Case on Newegg CAN be bought with a R9 390. If all R9 390s are the same exact length then I guess it SHOULD fit otherwise how the fuck would they put it in there to sell it to you. I just can't actually find anyplace that states the exact specifications for this exact model (VC-253-401).

It will hold the part that sticks into it. Videocard sag is a real thing though I have heard. Look that up to see what people to help that.
