Requesting networking help.
My machine (lenovo 100-15by) runs on windows 8.1 and uses usb network adapter. Currently have issues of limited connectivity.
Tried to reset TCP/IP through netsh but unable due to denied access even with elevated cmd.

Previously network problem are:
*hidden built-in realtek 801n network adapter driver
*ipv4 unavailable but ipv6 able to

Do you EVER get it working? If so how often does it last? Is the USB network adapter wireless? does it require you to reboot computer or router? have you checked router to see if it gets an IP?

Tried to reboot the machine but still no resolved. Thinking router problem, but not really with other 7 devices connected to it were perfectly fine.

>have you checked router to see if it gets an IP?
Sorry. Haven't check that yet, as i forgot the router's IP itself

in command prompt type ipconfig /all

look the wireless adapter information and what does it say for default gateway? type that in your address bar of your router. Should prompt for password and username.
