I am looking for a good story where a main character falls into.....chaos, pain , suffering. And becomes a thing of evil from it.

Examples Being:( I would like something other than something here)
Griffith : Beserk
kaneki ken : Toyko ghoul
Lots of people from : claymore.
Anakin skywalker : star wars( not anime, but I am looking for anything. Anime pref though.)
kotomine kirei : Fate/Zero

I might check some of those out, But most things I find, the Character ends up overcoming the pain/suffering/chaos. I don't want that. I want to see what monster is born from it.

This. People overlook it because the main character looks "generic", for lack of a better word, but the transformation he goes through is downright horrifying. And you can see the hints of it very early on because it's planned so well. Just goes to show how foolish it is to judge based on appearances.
