Hello /wsr/, this is a nostalgia driven whim.
9Dragons is the first MMO I ever played and made many friends and memories in it. It is also a pretty bad game.
On February the 16th, 9Dragons will terminate service in america (The current publisher in america is GamesCampus). I have know on the existence of private servers for this game but i never bothered to try them because the game is plain awful, but this means that it is possible to run a private server.
After hearing about the end of 9D in america i got nostalgic and would like to request any useful information regarding how to run a private server for this game.

Forgot to add that google hasn't been of much help so far. All i could find were old forum posts talking about a private server client, but i could not find it.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean you want video players available on android that will let you watch anime?
If so then go for MX player, it's really good and supports basically everything except for AC3 audio format. VLC has AC3 support but I like MX player more. For some reason it makes my Nexus 7 2013 (and 2012 one too) tablet overheat when I play 10bit video though.
What do you love about fulfilling people's requests here?
When they thank me. It turns me on more than any woman can.
It's not like I want to help them or anything okay?
I..its j-just so I can push my taste on others I don't to actually h-help them or anything idiot
hey /wsr/
I need a no-bullshit, foolproof, simple antivirus that actually works. something i can torrent or download easily without getting trial versions and shit like that. I've tried many in the past and nothing seems useful enough. not the dumbest person when it comes to tech stuff, but not a computer wizard either. I'm asking here because google gives tons of bad options. pls
inb4 >virus >2015 + 1 etc.
Pirate-Malwarebytes
Free-Microsoft Security Essentials
I use both, MSE for about 4 years by itself, has never failed me.
Is there a website for pirating college textbooks?
>>33880
Major bump. I need to know this as well
>>33880
I was about to make this thread, well, here it goes. I'm not willing to spend more than 100$ per assignature
PLEASE respond.
This may be a dumb post but here it goes:
I want to download Life Is Strange but I don't understand how it works. Am I supposed to download each episode individually? Can't I download everything together? I'm searching everywhere and I'm so confused. I'll do some request meanwhile so if someone has the answer or some link that would be appreciated.
pretty sure steam downloads the whole lot in one go

I didn't mention I want to pirate it on the OP, sorry.

Bumping through my phone so I get a notification
Hey /wsr/
I'm looking to check out Galaxy Express 999 but between the 20+ volume manga, 100+ episode series, film adaptions and OVA adaptions I'm not really sure where the recommended start is.
Anyone know which version is the best for someone who has no familiarity with the series or Matsumoto's other works?
My boyfriend love this anime, first he look the anime, after the film adaptations and OVA.
And after all the animations the manga.

What's the best graphics tablet that has drivers on Linux, and is reasonably cheap? Wacoms are extremely expensive.

Huions should work afaik.
You can also try search for Wacom One Medium, it's hard to find as they only released like one batch in Europe and otherwise it's available in India and shitholes like that. It's pretty much like some older medium sized intuos and it has no buttons and a stylus without the rubber. It costs measly 50 shekels. It's fucking amazing but wacom knows they can milk western markets more with their monopoly that stems from patents so they stopped it pretty fast in here.
>>33867
>monopoly that stems from patents
That's a funny way of writing "not being able to be undercut by knockoffs after having spent thr money inventing the damn things".
>>33874
Say someone invents something in paralel with you but registers it an hour earlier as a patent what then? Surely your argument falls apart as you both have spent the same money inventing it one of you just ran faster to the patent office.
Patents are in effect laws that give inventors a monopoly on the production in order to extort from people money greatly in excess of the worth of their service.
I'm trying to find a hard rock band with a album cover of a woman's lower head, neck and shoulders with a bleeding vampire bite.
Appreciate any help you can give.
Not this, is it..?
>>33908
nope, thanks tho.
To make a long story short, Ghostery is killing my Firefox performance and I'm not sure if I really need it. I already run NoScript, uBlock, and httpseverywhere. I know Ghostery blocks cookies which none of these others do, so would I be good if I swapped it for something like Privacy Badger?
>>33293
Just fucking use uMatrix.
It does everything ghostery does, and much more, while being much, much lighter.
Also, ghostery only blocks shit through a black list. A properly set up uMatrix only allows shit through a white list, and blocks third party connections, cookies, css, images, plugins, scripts, ajax calls and frames unless you white list them. Per site.
>>33293
Don't use ghostery. Use ublock with fanboy's ultimate and social blocking list.
>>33353
Last time I tried uMatrix it didn't block anything out of the box. Did they change it, or is it still just a glorified version of the "hide element" feature from uBlock?
I'm looking for some manga with good, stylish art. Examples of those that I like would be the works of Tsutomu Nihei (Blame), Asano Inio (Goodnight Punpun), Daisuke Igarashi (Children of the Sea), Irie Aki (Gray and Wonder Around Her) or Q Hayashida (Dorohedoro). Preferable finished works.
>>32984
Was goona the series the excel in manga chart, but can't fin it, anyway here are some mange with good stylish art, goona limit it to one series per author:
Hito Hitori Futari
Blue
Omoide Emanon
Lone wolf and Cub
Benkei in New York
Ultra Heaven
National Quiz
Takemitsu Zamurai
>>33046
Thanks for this, been actually finishing up Ultra Heaven right now and I have read Omoide Emanon.
Will definitely check out Takemitsu Zamurai, really wanted to read something by Matsumoto and heard this one is great. Normally I'm not really a fan of historical stuff and prefer cyberpunk, realism and weird fantasy, but Matsumoto's art really stands out and I heard this is the best thing he's done.
>>33046
Just going to tell you that I started Takemitsu Zamurai and it's pretty great. So thanks fo that recommendation.
what is some good non moe slice of life anime?
Anyone can find anything moe. I get what you mean though:
Great Teacher Onizuka
Mushishi
Daily Lives of Highschool Boys
Non Non Biyori
Yuyushiki
>>32763
Figured I'd make a catch-all thread for finding specific images that are un-searchable.
I'm looking for two:
1. Pic related, except edited with Rei and Shinji from Evangelion
2. Two screenshots from an anime (I'm pretty sure it's Fist of the North Star) that read "Living in the 90s/Fighting in the 90s"
Thanks in advance.
OP here. After some intense Googling, I managed to find the second half of the request mentioned above. It is indeed from Fist of the North Star. If someone could find the first image in the set, I would be forever grateful.
Hi /wsr/, I was looking for picture that showed a roman or greek bust of a male with curly hair that has liquid gold coming from his mouth which begins to cover his face revealing his facial skeleton. I've seen it only once but it looked really neat.. Anyways, thanks for your time, always appreciated!
>>33950
You mean this?
>>33955
Exactly that, thank you very much!
