Nonsense. No amount of science talent would have won that war for them. They already threw away more than enough resources on frivolous superweapons.
And no, they wouldn't have developed the atomic bomb. People tend to forget what a fucking MASSIVE undertaking the Manhattan Project was. You can't just put a bunch of physicists in a room and expect a nuke to come out the other end, you actually need the whole bigass infrastructure for creating enriched uranium/plutonium. No way Nazi Germany could have managed that while waging a war on two fronts.
