I've found a couple of free apps for iOS that let you take these kind of pictures.
I took this one with Seene which automatically creates tracking points on objects and works decently well on high contrast and simpler objects. I've also seen it used well on landscapes with lots of depth

I should say the apps it generates can be a bit lackluster, but you get a much larger degree of movement in the app's viewer. You can also do cool stuff like adjust the focus and depth after the fact.
This one was taken with Jittergram. It's totally manual so it can get much better results if you use a tripod or turntable or something. You can do 2 shot images that rapidly jitter back and forth or do unlimited shots like image related. It has the nice feature of leaving a phantom of the previous frame so you can line up the next frame perfectly.
