interesting how the Russians seem to miss a bit more than when you see U.S. bombing footage. Notice in many of the clips, there's already a fresh crater somewhat far from what the assumed target is. Then when they drop a larger bomb, it's not a direct hit, but hits near enough to damage the building. Also they use a lot of cluster bomb type attacks, peppering a large area with smaller ordinance.
