When encoding, put a higher resolution (480p), and a higher bitrate (you'll need to find the right one yoursefl). This works very well on short webm like yours.

I was shooting birds in Red Dead Redemption. Just as I pulled the trigger to shoot this bird, my horse walked right in front of me.

There's not much difference in the fallout games past Fallout 2. I'm currently playing Fallout 3 and 4 side by side and they are both about the same aside from Fallout 4 having a sprint and a weak gun melee hit.

If you're trying to say Fallout 4 is less RPG than Fallout 1 and 2 then you are correct but honestly if you played Fallout 3 and NV and didn't expect Bethesda to create the same game that's too bad. Bethesda has been watering down their games forever, Less skills but more refined gameplay.
