He's trying to impress her by saying how popular he is, thus saying all names he's called.
At the same time, some names look improvised, some, seem to be references to race, others are just ridiculous like "pink dress".
At the same time, he's doing blackface, basically saying his criticisms of that personality apply to a certain race.
Although that in of itself wouldn't be enough for me to laugh, there's his acting and reaction.
On top of that, throughout the whole sketch and show, there's a lot of anti-humor, which isn't funny for people to which regular humor still works (men unironically trying their hardest to make you laugh in stand up or written jokes), but for those who have become exhausted and no longer find it funny, anti-humor works, because it's making fun of regular humor expectations and thinking.

I really thought Sam Hyde was the end of comedy for me. The layers of irony and critique of pop culture is so bizarrely subtle and at the same time so insanely over the top, it really is the furthest fringe of comedic insight I can find. It makes Bill Hicks and Dennis Leary look 100% tame and mainstream by comparison.

But I dunno, after I watched most of his shit, it just kind of left me empty and depressed. they get the cheapest actors/actresses they can find from craigslist and give them extremely vague instructions of what the scene will be. Often times they give the girl her lines but are not informed of what the MDE guys will say so the reactions are all genuine, keep in mind that they also edit out the worst stuff so there have been things much worse than this with actresses refusing to give permission for the scenes to be aired. Sam talked about it on one of his Q&As. Whether you think that's morally ok is up to you, i have no problem with it.
