It may be because I've limited the file size to 3MB?

Trying now with 4MB and increased the quality of the file being converted.

That's what I'm using it. I have it set to automatically adjust bitrate according to size, etc. Now trying it with fixed bitrate. Will see how it goes.

Thanks for the help, friend. I think it's because the size of the image was too large. I made it smaller and upped the bitrate and it seems to have come out much nicer.
