Also, that's a two minute video with lots of cutting and scene changes at just 3.66MB you got there it's gonna be hard to get it look good no matter what you do. Your options are:

1. You could either ramp up the bitrate slightly to make more use of the allowable data; i.e, aim closer to the 4.0MB max. Sometimes i set the allowable file size slightly over 4.0MB (e.g. 4.100 to 4.200) just to squeeze a bit of extra bitrate into the file.

2. Cut the video into two 1 min parts; ie, devote more data to both videos independently.

3. Do a bit more editing and trimming; you may need to sacrifice some bits to cut down to ultimate time.

But you're right about the negative impact the drafting had on her though. It was a stupid move that made no sense. She went from being a central figure in NMB, to a back-row nobody in AKB. The same thing was done to Chiyori from HKT too. It really pisses me off because both of these girls are exceptionally talented and funny. Both of them played major variety roles in their previous respective shows. Maachun ranked among the likes of Sakaya and Momoko in terms of being genuinely funny with their improv' material and not just playing the cute/ditz card. Chiyori of course just innately knows how to be funny and entertaining with all her impressions and the like.They both deserve to be front runners not side liners.

Of course. But lets just stop and think about why that might be.

Okay we got a show about idols, whos default purpose is basically to be cute, attractive, sexy, or endearing in some form or another. We put them on a variety show for the purpose of adding humour into that mix. Now we need hosts...hmm which do we choose? Average looking men whos job it is to be funny and encourage the girls to be too, ie comedians; or totally hot guys, who will bring what to the humour aspect exactly? Obviously the second option would be a mistake because it would totally inhibit the girls and result in an unfunny show, because rather than relaxing and just bantering and mucking around they'd be focusing on trying to be attractive and appealing to these attractive men. Case and point, Maeda when she met her crush Robert Patterson from Twilight, she could barely speak and whole segment was excruciatingly awkward to watch. Hot guys + hot girls on a show designed primarily to be funny does not work. Whether it appeals to men or women is irrelevant.
