I'd suggest interacting with things, go outside if possible. Just play with things and observe how they're different
also try drawing even if you never draw anyway, gives you a nice boost in creativity.plus if you focus on one point intently you can have funny stuff happening in the periphery, like the words on the pen/pencil running down it
Another thing I do sometimes is go on /wg/ and find wallpapers to look at, loads of them look way cooler in that state

do you guys watch these when you're actually tripping or just when you're sober or smoke weed or whatever?

when i'm tripping, everything i perceive is trippy and it seems like things which are purposefully made to be trippy are overkill. almost like they are trying too hard and they are not organically trippy, they're manufactured. the infinite patterns in my carpet are more interesting than the infinite patterns of crazy fractal geometry in a gif, you dig?

but then i'm an idiot so what do i know?
