Most of these appear to be less than 4,000,000 bytes which is only 3.83 MiB. Also, check the file size in memory and on disk, they're usually different, the memory size is the important one.

it's more of an art than a science because size depends greatly on the kind of source. I'm lookinf for when an anon in /wsg/ described a way to do it. >>1712903 might help, but never found an online calculator that suited webm. Setting bitrate in ShotCut or ffmpeg command line should work, but too complex for me who uses WFR.
I just do it "by eye" with a good idea what a clip will encode to. Low contrast slow moving scenes as in top of thread do best, as does low detail, flat colouring, no frame cuts.
