CHIKARA does have a YouTube channel, but I haven't followed the company since it did a big "shutdown" angle a few years ago (it literally did not hold an actual show for nearly a full calendar year), so I have no idea what they still release on that channel. Clips of past CHIKARA goodness are generally easy to find on YouTube - like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otiizmbUY20

The company itself skews very family-friendly - wrestlers cannot use language harsher than "damn" or "hell", and they actually get booed by fans if they do - and it is both "wackier" and story-heavy than most other promotions (the shutdown angle I mentioned was the culmination of several years' worth of setup involving time travel, corporate takeovers, and a mysterious mind-controlling artifact of doom). You would do well to ask /asp/ or /wooo/ for a primer or the current state of the company, for I have not followed it at all since the shutdown angle and have no idea what is going on or who still wrestles for them.

English also has syntax starkly different than most other languages.

Wrestlers from the 60s through about the turn of the century were mostly just big dudes that ended up in the industry. Some had pedigree and enjoyed the business, but many were just there because they couldn't really find a career in anything else. Also LOTS of steroids, among other drugs.

Modern wrestlers are the first real generation to have been fans of wrestling growing up, in addition to being only a generation or so after smaller guys started making their abilities in the ring known and popular. Tiger Mask vs Dynamite Kid in the early 80s was a big deal and opened a lot of doors for people.

There's still some big dudes out there though. BRAUN is the obvious one. Outside of WWE you get your occasional giant hoss like Keith Lee or Shuji Ishikawa. There's plenty of muscular/wide dudes out there if you allow guys that aren't quite as tall too, like Jeff Cobb & Daisuke Sekimoto.

If you specifically want that roided look, there's Brian Cage. He's got that Big Poppa Pump physique. Wish I had the pic of Cage & Steiner posing from a year or two ago.
