export it as a mov and then put it in webm for retards. once you are in webm for retards its all pretty straightforward. If the quality isn't good enough for you or you are having problems with file size here's a copypasta I made:

optimization:
first step for gondolas is go to the advanced tab...

set the frame rate as low as possible. start with 12 and keep going lower if it doesn't make a difference.

always check the "enable high quality mode" box.

after this, the only way to increase quality is lower the resolution or make it shorter.

Here's a gondola I just made to nearly max out the 4chan resolution and retain its quality. This gondola is static, so he only needed a 1 for the frame rate. With a more reasonable resolution, he could have easily reached the 5 minute time maximum.

ye i export it as mov but it always lowers the resolution and trimps off the bottom and right sides, so it always comes out smaller. Even if i set the export resolution to 800x600.
Frame rate is an ok 3.
I convert it to webm in Any Video Converter
But still it seems to compress the png pictures even if i set quality to high and maintain the original resolution when converting

I generally have an issue with Gondola using mind-altering substances, especially if the drugs don't carry over into the look and feel of the animation. It obstructs the viewer's ability to put themselves in the frame and "see as the Gondola sees".
