It's It's rally not stacking up at all so far. Save Hol Horse and naturally Joseph.

I did love the adventure feel of 3, but some of the asspulls were pretty damn annoying (Wheel of Fortune springs to mind as the first time I'd call something a total bullshit asspull). Wasn't too into him turning Dio into Rita Repulsa, content to just send "monsters" of the week after them. Then again it's within his character to do so.

Part 4 is quite enjoyable so far and I'm on schedule to start the Red Hot Chili Pepper series of episodes tonight, funny as the band that shares the name is set to play in town tonight.

The slice of life feel is normal, but kind of fucks with the urgency of the situation and the pacing.

The Hand is a fantastic stand and Bad Company would have been cool to see more of. Crazy Diamond's reconstruction ability is amazingly busted too.

Anon you replied to here, that's why I specified they have it in color. Parts 1 and 2 were fairly easy to discern, but once stands came into play shit just got too wild to be able to tell what was going on the whole time. The color makes a HUGE difference, especially during fights.

Halfway through Part 4 now and I've got to say that it's way better than Part 3 in just about every way. Although it is annoying how parts of 3 keep being soft retconned

And Kira's the most intriguing villain the series has had to date by far from what I've read and watched at this point. Shame Dio hogs the spotlight.

Jotaro also seems to really like getting his shit pushed in in this part which is a farcry from his untouchable coolguy persona before. I like it, it's way more rounded.

Also The Hand and The World time freezing are criminally underrated, tons of simple problems that blew up could have been solved.

Still comfy as fuck and I'm back to not wanting to finish it because I don't want it to end and have something I can come back to, but there's still so many parts left.
