It's just the Arsenal Overhaul mod and I downloaded the addon on CoC's moddb page that shows different first person models depending on what you're wearing. Before if you were with Duty wearing their starting leather jacket it would appear to look like a normal yellow jacket in the first player model.

There's some new content added to the game like stages, a few weapons, and the "enhanced" enemies from the DLCs are in the main game.

I usually get a consistent 60 fps when playing on my PC, being able to see the corpses of giant ants on my screen or level entire city blocks without a single frame drop is amazing. 4.1 feels like the definitive version of the game.

It's a huge turning point in the story, because you find out that the path you've been taking is exactly the same one they followed. They take the name Warriors of Darkness because they're specifically fighting against you, the Warrior of Light.

And they're carbon copies of the proxy Warriors of Light from the cinematics, which is supposed to enforce the concept even more.
