I found this video on a completely different website and tracked its origin down to /wsg/.

I am trying to find the source of the music, but the usual methods are pointing me to the wrong remixes. The metadata has been erased.

Alright, obviously I began with Shazam, which returned The Ground by Funkware. The piano bit is there, but it's not the actual song(as I'm sure you have already discovered). I looked for remixes of the song, to no avail.
After that, I dove into the archives for about half an hour; this is what I came back with.

Filename of the original webm is "[wsg] - careless clubhaus - when i see you.webm"
I could not for the life of me find this song posted anywhere, but after some more digging I discovered another post here: https://warosu.org/fa/thread/11930271#p11936931
This is the only other reference I could find to an artist named 'careless clubhaus.' As he says in his post, that's a name he sometimes "posts stuff" (presumably music) under, and gives his old soundcloud: soundcloud.com/valerianroots
That's as much as I could unearth on this evasive song. Unless someone else knows where to find careless clubhaus's music, there's not much else I can do but wish you luck on your search, should you continue it.
