As always, you can check for the original source of the video in the title metadata of the video. You'll either have a full link to the original or just the YouTube ID of the video.

Yes, a fully visible, long curve CAN be a good spot to overtake (increased distance visibility), but people don't use this as such. They head out WHEN a car comes, not after and not even when there isn't any.

The Audi sedan crossed the yield line before making sure he understood the situation (obviously, since he crashed)
It looks like the minivan was not signalling, implying it would continue through and not exit. Also unclear positioning in the lanes of the circle.
That being said, the rule of thumb is to yield for those inside the roundabout and not enter unless it's safe, meaning no cars crossing your trajectory. There's about 2000 roundabouts in Norway, which is a lot for a small country. Pic related shows correct driving.

Check a mirror, check the time, check your speed, read a road sign/markings itch your foot/leg, shift in your seat, yawn, sneeze and so forth, do anything like that at the wrong time and you lose a large portion of those 2 seconds.

Even in ideal conditions 2 seconds is cutting it close.

Saw it a long time ago. It's just a huge pileup on a highway and no one sees it because there's a bunch of snow/powder flying through the air and you can't stop in time. It was like something out of a horror movie. In fact it might not have been dashcam footage exclusively.

A few weeks ago I had to go into work at 4 am, and it was so foggy outside I could see maybe 20 yards around me. It was still dark out, and there was no one on the roads. It was one of the nicest driving experiences ever, so peaceful and quiet. I wish I had a dashcam and saved that footage because it was absolutely serene

Any actual damage to the bumper could be repaired cheaply in theory (fiberglass repair kits and body tape or replacements from a junkyard).

The headlight could be expensive depending on if the headlight assembly simply popped out (unlikely), the assembly broke (very likely but not that expensive) and/or if the mounts for the assembly broke.

I dunno, automatic headlights seems like a premium feature these days. My first car was my family's old 1996 jeep and it was loaded. Automatic headlights, a CD player, power windows, etc. Tons of cool shit. Now I drive a 2009 mazda and I have to click on the headlights myself. Same with a lot of other cars my friends drive, new shit but no auto headlights. Even power windows these days are something that adds like $1k to the MSRP.
