Can someone tell me if there's a difference between relaxing and and feeling depressed. Every time I try and "relax" I feel like I'm wasting away and I end up wanting to kill myself. The only way I feel okay is when I'm distracted, every time I'm alone or have time to think I feel like I'm dying inside and falling down a big black hole.
