Not that I've noticed, most of the ones I've uploaded here are between 23.976 and 30 FPS, with the exception of >>1532269 which was 60 FPS for some reason.

Maybe if you're seeing it straight off the TV it's HFR, but via the Youtube sources I'm getting, it usually maxes out at 1080p30.

Well, last year when I posted her, at least one Anon mentioned they really disliked her. And then Shin Godzilla happened and someone made the mistake of casting her as a native English-speaking Japanese-American character when she really can only pass as a Japanese who knows some English. Audiences in Japan didn't notice or care, but nearly all the English-language movie reviewers pointed her out as a particularly weak point of the film.
