Eh. I stopped watching after like five episodes or so. I wasn't into the whole "preteen girls as cops, fighting grown men" thing. It just too badly strained my suspension of disbelief.

Mind you, I didn't have a problem with the preteens in Evangelion, because the way the evas were explained it kind of made sense that they had to be piloted by someone in the midst of the psychosexual turmoil that is puberty. But for ACSR, it just didn't seem to make sense or feel justified.
